With over 25 years experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and EMR implementations, Mr. Drakakis represents a rare blend of strategic leadership, technical depth, and hands-on transformation experience within complex healthcare environments.

Throughout his career, he has led and delivered large-scale digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process automation, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity governance, and resilient IT infrastructures.

Having worked across Greece, the United States, and the MENA region, he has served as a Technical Consultant and Project Manager for numerous organizations, leading full project lifecycles that include system analysis, solution design, implementation, training, and operational optimization.
