Khaled Amro is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic business leadership, systems integration, IT solutions, and professional services across both U.S. commercial and federal government sectors. He currently serves as the CEO of AET Federal Inc., a DOD certified 8(a) Information Technology & Program Management consulting firm that offers integrated and strategic solutions with a commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT solutions.

Throughout his career, Khaled has demonstrated a strong ability to lead organizations through operational challenges, turning around troubled projects and driving profitable growth. He has served in top executive roles, including CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President, at several privately held firms, successfully launching startups and guiding them to success. His leadership experience spans a wide range of industries, and he has a proven track record in delivering complex, high-impact programs and systems. He is recognized as spearheading the IT modernization systems within the U.S. Army by integrating AI supply chain and inventory tracking and cloud migrations.

Khaled’s notable career milestones include leading modernization operations support at the U.S. Army, Defense Health Agency (DHA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), U.S. Census Bureau, and other Fed/Civilian agencies providing enterprise IT, cybersecurity, IT integration and modernization services. He has a strong command of government and enterprise environments, and his expertise extends to DevSecOps, Solution Architect, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and IT policy & planning practices.

A certified PMP, SAFe, SOA, AWS, and ITIL v4 professional, Khaled holds two master’s degrees, one in Information Systems and the other in Management from University of Michigan and earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Lebanese American University.
